Baitrunner
To get my backside in gear a bit earlier in the year to get the little jobs done ready for spring. No major work this winter, just those little jobs that I have kept putting off. Oh and the spruce up to put some shine back on the boat. SteveO
The first couple of months of the year will be occupied by helping our two daughters, one in Faversham and the other near Reading, to move house. Come March, we expect to be boating again. We have some internal work to do over the next few months, to improve the layout of our main cabin. On the leisure side, we want to spend more time out and about on the river next year. Places on the "must visit" list include Sutton Staithe, Stalham, Womack Water and Upton, as well as the usual suspects of Ranworth, Salhouse, Fleet Dyke and the rest. Roll on Spring! I can't wait!!!!!! Steve
Poppy
As soon as the new year is upon us the 'prep' will start, rubbing down of all the varnish work. Clean down and cover up then until after our February jaunt to somewhere very hot for a couple of weeks.Hopefully when we get back it will be warm/dry enough inside to do the required three coats.Back in for Easter, hopefully. littlesprite
I'll do the usual, make a long list of all the jobs that desperately need doing. Then the sun comes out and I cast off and cruise, the same as every year. 2015 jobs will then be added to the 2016 list.
