Well, looking at the latest forecasts for the weekend, there is a nice dollop of High Pressure coming in from the Atlantic, maybe a tad chilly at night but fine by day! Iain.
Yep, a governor fitted to your boat Stuart so you don't get lolliopops stuck up at you by the Rangers! Seriously, I bet we can ALL think of something to ask...AFTER the event! Iain
Hi Wooster, Many on Amazon to choose from. I would also go to an American Golf Store, or Sports Division, if you have one close by. Its good to try these items on for fit and movement. Iain
We hear and see the Red Arrows quite often here. They stop over to refuel before doing shows elsewhere. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKHAd_UfXL4 Iain
Calm down Neil, watch the old blood pressure, this thread to me is but a warning to ALL. Yes there have been side issues mentioned, nothing untowards though IMO. We can all relate to speeding on the Broads, will it ever be stopped? Personally, I doubt it very much. Iain
What is they say Mark, Innocent till proved Guilty? Put another way, anyone know of a skint Lawyer! Seriously, I bet it can become very complex and complicated. Iain
Ah Howard, you are taking me back to my early days of supping real ale. I have/had family relations in Liverpool, and this was my Uncles Local when he left the office for a liquid lunch! Very handy if you worked in the city centre. Roscoe Head landlady fears pub could be turned into convenience store after its sale by Punch Taverns - Liverpool Echo Iain.
I was fortunate enough to look through one of the first ever Connoisseurs the original 37ft version in 1979, Even then before the longer version, you were hiring a lot of boat for your money. The only draw back to me, is the entering and leaving by the port stairs door. As Swift the Ex PIlot has said many times, the bigger one fits through that arch at PH surprisingly well. Tides permitting. Iain.
Hi Ron, The Forum has been upgraded and possibly why things aint what they should be for you. Hopefully the Admin team will be along soon to sort things out for you. Iain.
I do believe JA that Herbert Woods have changed the rudders or something like that on those Connoisseurs. Well so I was told by the lad that showed me over my hire two years ago. Iain
Now you know why Electricians bills are so high for rewiring!!! They have to do a removal first before any work can progress! Some of the lofts I entered could have kept a car boot sale going for a week! Iain.
