  7. In days past you would have had 1500 to choose from! One of the ex Le Boat boats at Herbert Woods, would have a fair chance of getting through that hole! PH Bridge! One of the Ex Pilots has mentioned that class before. Iain.
  8. Right, enough of shoes ..... Geoff, Gracie is right in what she is saying. I would however suggest a boat from the Acle yard, this would give you options to go North or if the tides were right at takeover, head South. I am speeking from experience, as I hired from AJ boats from Acle for manys a year, also had from Anchorcraft and Bridgecraft too. I have not hired personally from the Acle one, but have read many a good report, and Robin has always spoke highly of the yard there. I am sure which ever one you choose to book with your friends, you wont be disappointed. Iain.

  11. As it happens I arrived when the racing was on in May last year, I was told where to go down the port side of the Broad. It was a very windy day, so good fun steering down the narrower passage than you would normally. I hope things stay in the status quo. Iain
