I think in most cases, particularly day boats, revs don't equate to mph and most people are used to 60/70 mph, so 4 mph doesn't come naturally, just my opinion.

Horning moorings do fill up fast during the school hols and these moorings might well be a last chance saloon mooring, if that was the case, a tenner would be worth it IMO.
