It's great to use natural products and have tried many times but unfortunately never had the results........we converted part of the main bedroom into a walk in wet room no windows to vent moisture but we had fitted a industrial washroom grade extracting unit but we still get mildew and mold - which drives me crazy to the tune that my kids call me " Mr Bleach " , but not no more thanks to Astonish mildew and mold remover - funnily enough I've just made the blinds in the conservatory look new again after coming out of winter . Dear forum friends all this recent Adrenalin stuff has got finnys juices flowing , so let me (RSVP) at this moment and cordingley invite you to our new broads experience event here at "Finny Enterprises" We shall be Bungee driving off Wroxham bridge - height of the season of course ......and (.iam not doin it for nowt tha knows ) .now i have spoken to dodgy Bob (chartered ) who does pumpouts at a very well know yard and after doing our risk assessment on the back of beer mat ( and we all know how rare they are in broads pubs ) we have to come to the conclusion that its a winner (mainly for us ). We have the highest regards towards Elf and crafty and will use only the highest grade rope available .and let me tell you there is nothing better on the market than Ex-hire boat rope combined with Mrs Finnys Knicker elastics .......and let me reassure you this elastic comes from her winter collection so its a bit thicker than normal we also like to support local - so the cable ties have come from a very well known supplier in the town and not like those from Potter ? So come on "would you like to Dive Bomb a Day Boat" .......................or perhaps you could really live the dream and " Head Butt that Bath Tub " Here at Finny Enterprises .................Dreams really come true Any Takers ?????? Forgive me if I miss a few events and perhaps like most of the posts on this thread I was to busy blowing smoke out of my own backside to notice I've read the whole of the this thread through and through to try and get different perspective...............and I can't finny

Everything on the broads involves others Horning week powerboat racing Oulton broad dragon boat race three rivers race scout week / sea scouts fishing matches upper bure all the above cause or have the potential to disrupt but yet it's almost considered the normal with good manners enjoyment with a will to accommodate ,yet when a group of adrenaline rubber suited wild swimming junkies want to have a few hours splashing around the river there is outrage personally I think It would have been better done somewhere like Oulton broad where a better crowd could be drawn to enjoy but is it really so drastic all things considered I think not finny

Best thing I ever bought was a little single camping cooker and before all the technos start quoting the riot act - kept it my gass locker shorts tee shirts deck shoes sat on the side of the boat making a bacon buttie with a brew first thing ..........priceless finny

My boat came with one fitted and I don't recall ever having the prop rope tangled feeling .my advice should you need some piece of mind do your research on which one and only have it fitted when you can combine the work with other lift out work to keep cost down . Should I ever buy on the broads again I will not bother but I would take out break down cover finny

I only had three gauges .oil ,amps ,temp didn't really need anything else - I did think about spending loads more money on upgrades and then I remembered why I bought the boat in the first place finny

keys that's what I forgot ..........first weekend on our own boat was spent making the door all good again it pays to leave a spare set with the yard where you are berthed finny

If the powers that be permitted a small percentage of berths per yard to be allowed for liveaboard or even those just passing through short term but do liveaboard then all the above could be quite easily put in place with very little effort to the BA itself . finny

I really believe the facilities are removed to discourage longer than normal stop overs out of season . one of the considerations i had when selling my boat as we used her more out of season finny
