I tried to find the film on netflix and prime last night - No go.  I have other media on line options available and will have another look this evening.  What I have been recommended was 'The Condemned' - Quite good - enjoyed that one

if its on talking pictures tv they will have obtained the rights to it, so probably wont appear anywhere else, it may be available as a dvd though.

Filmed Norfolk, airbase in Yorkshire. I missed the start, was it supposed to be in Norfolk or the West Country? The accents were from all over the place weren't they?

I always assumed the airfield was Horsham St Faith - where was it then ? ( PS certainly NOT Colt ! )

The airfield was the former RAF Leconfield near to Beverly.  Nowadays its the mod driver training school

Reelstreets compares stills from the films to fairly modern photos of the same locations. As Griff says, the airfield was Leconfield but the village scenes were Norfolk and the Broads.
