Reckon forum members could moor four abreast across the mouth of your dyke. A full English would be appreciated before eight o'clock!

Don’t know about full English but I can do coffee anytime

I think I recognise that boat!

Built by Crown Cruisers on an AF 42 modified superstructure mould, to give a big sundeck and two steering positions, suitable for cruising French canals, where height was not a problem.

Unlike later conversions, this boat was built to suit the configuration, and to what we called "Crown Class" standards.

A very comfortable boat and I hope you are enjoying her!

Scan is from the Crown Blue Line brochure of 2001.

As it happens, the two people on board in the photo, are Susie and I!

On SkyHawk, we have a kitchen where the rear bedroom is. Lovely boat. The other one on The Broads is StarFire moored at London.

Alpha craft were in the process of developing a new boat for the European waterways before their sad demise i believe. Barnes are building a new 50ft boat for next year and seeing as most of the mould tools are now owned by Barnes I wonder if this could be the boat ?
