    It was the King's Head I think I saw the S&P built into the wall, you could see it from the pub moorings. RAF lads from Coltishall, used it for stag nights, or did on two occasions I accidently ended up playing darts with them all! Iain

    Say that sentence on the Isle of Harris regarding peat Mr MM, and I think you would spend a fair bit of time in the cottage hospital there, recovering! I know of three men from where I live, head up there every year to cut the peats, it's a fuel an important fuel to crofters still to this day, just like all traditions, they should still be allowed to flourish! IMHO. Iain

    Indeed, Neil, our past Coxwain has used often. Many people I am sure would be staggered at the size of the RNLI set up at Poole. Perhaps you could take some pics and post on here. I have some on disc, but cannot find them just now ! Grrrrrrrr! Iain.
