  7. I’m all Apple as well and all worked fine for me. I’ve just tried again without actually purchasing and was taken directly to PayPal
  8. We have nextbase 412 & a 512 and they work great. Picture quality & wide angle are really good We hardwired ours but they come with a lighter socket plug and a good cable length.
  9. Hi all Some of you may have noticed that when using items from your recently used emoticons list that they are not displaying in the post. To solve this please choose your emoticons from the Category drop down and select from the NBN Classic Emoticons list instead of your recently used ones This is has probably happened due to the recent changes and updates
  10. I’ve just tried to go through the purchase procedure (successfully bought mine yesterday) and get the sold out message as well. I’m sure Charlie will be able to sort it out as soon as he can
  11. Things can sometimes take a while to settle down after an update. try restarting your devices & router

I’m not sure exactly how the ordering system works but think we just link to PayPal and the transaction takes place there but would have thought you should be able order whatever quantity you like. Maybe Charlie will be able to help. You could try rebooting your router and clearing your cache as things can go haywire after upgrades
  13. If anyone has intermittent issues with the forum occasionally not loading or saying not found please restart your router. this should clear the old settings and solved the problems

  16. That air of anticipation that surrounded the arrival of the brochure. Who would get to look at it first.... wishing they would hurry up so I can look then came the searching and choosing the boat, making the phone call to see if it was available, filling out the paperwork and sending the cheque. followed by the wait for confirmation and of course the little book that’s often mentioned. It was all part of the holiday excitement.

  18. Only this week I have been helping our 90 year old friend who has had a couple of strokes plus several other health issues deal with problems with British Gas. She’s always phoned her meter readings in but recently the number no longer works. when she finally got to talk to someone she could understand was told she needed to do it online or via the app which of course she doesn’t have she was then transferred and put on hold numerous times for over an hour before someone actually took the readings from her. I’m all for embracing technology but the current disregard for the needs of the elderly who have never had anything to do with it infuriates me. Our friend’s family all live in Scotland so aren’t on hand to deal with these things for her. My mum would be in the same situation if it wasn’t for myself or my brother being able to take care of these things for her. We still have at least a generation who are not technology aware and should be supporting them instead of making them feel worthless. Rant over
