FlyEagle
Morning all, Just purchased a lovely old Birchwood 22 'Fly Eagle' and were moored at Langley Dyke. In all there are 3 boats in our 'fleet' at Langley (all family relations or friends) which makes for some fun trips, my Birchwood, an Eastwood 24 and a Wavey Rider 19. Whether my boating passion came from 11 years in the Royal Navy (you'd have thought I'd have had enough of it) or my first Hoseasons holiday on the Great Ouse back in June (the really hot week) I'm not sure. I am sure about the beauty of the broads though and I'm looking forward to exploring as much of it as I can. Bridges permitting that is! Cheers Gary

vanessan
Welcome from me too Gary. We were moored at Langley Dyke on Saturday night, it's one of our favourite moorings as it is so quiet. (Unless of course the pump is going full pelt and the wind is in the wrong direction!) Hope you enjoy many great trips out, solo cruising or in the 'fleet'.
