Thanks yes I should have thinking on. It was by request that we ended up at Somerleyton again however so I wanted to return back down the Yare.

Just my phone I'm afraid whilst helming hence the repetitive nature of the pics

No, last couple of times we've been in its been male punters behind the bar including one cheerful Charlie who booted me and Mrs Nog out  early as he wanted to go home :default_icon_rolleyes:

Sounds like the female ones are nothing like as good looking as Grace then?

Thursday 5th April

Today was a brisk start to the day when I eventually got out of bed.

Up, showered, dog walked, helped a guy moor up who was struggling and then head off as I decided I was going to Norwich for some reason (I remember something about a possible train arrival :default_dry:) and what a wonderful morning.

This was a none stop journey so I won't whittle on, here are some pictures...

Friday 6th April

The morning in Norwich began (as always) sorting out the dog and showering myself (well who else is going to do it?)

before filling with water and heading of down the Wensum and back onto the Yare.

As has been mentioned earlier, my kids have been deciding where we are destined, hence the repetition, and today was no exception as they decided we were to go back to Oulton Broad (conveniently, I had things to attend to there too).

stopping briefly for liquid refreshments in The Lord Nelson at Reedham.

Once we had arrived in Oulton, the dog was exercised, camera's performed for, and good old beer and conversation with the special people in my life filled my evening before bed.
