I've not been to the new venue, sort of lost interest after they heydays of Earls court.  It was a regualr trip for us back in the day, a fair number of 'The Lads Week' crew would go down on the train/tube and back.  The guiness stand was a hot favourite for us too. My late Dad always managed to get the lot of us invited onto the Brooms stand.  One year they found out it was his B'day on the (12th) and there was a b'day cake and champers onboard one of thier latest gin palaces - Happy Days

I think either the jet canoes or inflatable paddle boards would find a market for going to the pub, but going back might be a Darwin Award entry.

I did seriously think about the fold up origami canoe and the inflatable things nowadays.

No need for dinghys and tenders.

Ps are these broads licence free as well?

Make sure you wear a life jacket though and tie yourself to your boat first.
