NewBoater
A little update for everyone! We were too late to pass under Wroxham bridge last night to moored at Barnes, we will be calling the pilot in an hour or so and then will be making our way to Coltishall unless anyone recommends something else? Gracie
Robert, I feel I have to apologise on behalf of some of our Forumites, they do tend to stalk people on the web cams, something I wouldn't dream of doing Have to agree with Ian (Chelsea14) Coltishall is stunning, if you make it up there the last thing you will want to do is turn round and go home Grace

Poggymale
Belaugh is also lovely and quiet if you can get in at the 24 hour moorings. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
SPEEDTRIPLE
New Boater, How did it go then?. Did you enjoy your first boating holiday, and what are your thoughts?. More importantly, are you going to do it again?.
NewBoater
I had a great time! - We spent our first night at How Hill before heading down to GY on the Tuesday, we then came back the way from GY and had Tuesday night in Wroxham, after Wroxham we headed to Potter Heigham where we spent Wednesday night and then we returned to Stalham for our last night on Thursday! We visited, stracey arms, Acle, horning, Ludham, Wayford and all of the others mentioned! I am hoping to do a bigger review when I get time but I had a blast! Shame the missus didn't enjoy it as much as me and mother in law! I think next time, we will get a broadsman from richardsons and spend the extra for luxury and go with some friends. My other half likes her creature comforts and didn't like not being able to straighten her hair on the boat. Also wouldn't take a German shepherd again.
Poggymale
Sounds like you had a great time. It's also been lovely and warm. Looking forward to the full review and glad you are already thinking about coming back! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
SwanR
Hi NewBoater, Glad you enjoyed it. Have to admit that we have been attracted by the newer boats. You certainly sound as if you covered quite a distance in a short amount of time. Jean.
Broads01
That's the way to do it, boats are for chugging in, none of this sit in one place all day business! A man after my own heart.
