Where To Eat In Wroxham

When in Wroxham on recent visits, I've struggled a bit with eating choices. I used to enjoy the carvery at the Kings Head but when I wss there in May there was no carvery and the food was poor. The Wroxham Hotel seems to have gone upmarket and I did have a drink there but wasn't sure if the food was overpriced. Years ago I liked the Wherrymans but not so much last time I was there. Any recommendations?

The only place you can eat at in Wroxham, is that Liberty place..( I don't know if The Shed does food)

 There is quite a choice over the bridge in Hoveton though..

For a light daytime snack , O Crumbs by the bridge , you get a large soft bap filled (and I mean filled) with either roast pork or turkey , stuffing , and crackling for less than £5 

For an evening meal The Station Smokehouse is highly recommended but you do need to book

Have been to the Thai restaurant many times,very good.Or the New Inn Horning.

That would be my choice as well, every time. You can take away or eat in their restaurant side.

Which one is Grey's? I normally use Ken's and have always found it pretty good if just a tad slow..

I always use a chip shop based upon the length of the queue, the longer the queue the better the chips in my experience, if its good and people are willing to wait in the queue, its good enough for me.

Yim Siam Thai is worth a visit, we have been about 3 times this year enjoy every visit.

Thanks, I've heard good things before about Greys.

That's very good of Richardson's re the dink. I still have my doubts :-)
