webntweb
Did anybody hire this? Wouldn't have fancied being on the Yare overnight on it.

Broads01
I don't remember that boat being available. The prices and the photo make it look earlier than 1990. Where did you take the scan from?
webntweb
From Brundall Station Boats II hire leaflet for 1990/91.
DAVIDH
I think it's pretty good that they give you £90 if you stay on it from Friday to Sunday! Almost as good as leaving your body to medical science...which you might end up doing looking at how stable it looks. 1
vanessan
Says it cannot be taken on the northern rivers, maybe because it wouldn’t make it across Breydon?!

DAVIDH
Was there a deck plan? Would love to see how they cram the beds, cooker and portable toilet in.
petersjoy
Looks like it could be this. http://www.broads.org.uk/wiki2018/index.php?title=Boat_Details&BoatId=9304&BoatHistory=43109

Tiny little thing, and not something you would want to take across Breydon, even on a calm day !

Portable toilet under one bunk, cooker (2 rings only probably) under the other bunk. Sink? Plastic bowl next to portable toilet under bunk. Remaining space under second bunk for cardboard box for clothes etc. It’s called compact living.

Bound to be someone who’d take that challenge. Might be interesting going down the Yare on an ebb too.

Helian
Craig's database states "seen on river". Perhaps "seen in river" would be more accurate. 1
