Hi Ron,
Yes I hired in the late nineties from there. Only once did I go over in the tug to the office. Yep, my car I took to the compound along the road. Yer marbles are fine. Maybe you spent the last night in Brundall at the Yare and cruised up in the early morning back to Thorpe Green?
Iain.
Hi Gramps,
Looks like a Hearts of Thorpe Green boat to me.
Possibly this one...

Could not agree more, but, oh how I wish the BA had a better toll sticker for ALL craft, it looks so cheap n not very chearful on the bow of that lovely boat.

The Historic Adam & Eve, Norwich, built by the men that built the Cathedral, coz they found it thirsty work!

M, I wid call that, a bunch of bramble worms, don't ask why, nae idea. It was an expression I learned off old tradesmen when I began my electrician apprenticeship!
John's idea sounds very good to me.
Iain.
Morning Jim,
Never been at that time of year, but, I have seen craft mudweighting in Womack and taking the dinghy onto the staithe. My only concern is rowing in the dark on your return.
Very best of luck and have a good holiday.
Iain.
