As others have said memories are there for ever.Time is a great healer. It takes time for that to happen.Enjoy boating in one form or another.
Best wishes Ian
Slightly off subject. Years ago we were on DIY SOS they if we won would get our hall and stairs done. When we took off the old wall paper most of the plaster came off.The BBC came up with a plot that Alan and I were playing Golf indoors.(a game that neither of us play).Okay that used a table tennis ball. The main thing is we did not win,but we went on to do up the house on our own.For sure they all at times bend the facts.

Wales beat Scotland. Just watched Ireland v France.Ireland won on the last kick of the match, with a drop goal.England next tomorrow against Italy.Football will always by my first love, but I love many other sports including Rugby.Yes some footballers can learn from other sports.
It may also be worth checking in case you have a gas leak. Our first boat (Which was new).We had between 5 and 7 leaks. It was soon sorted out.Bottles come in sizes we have 2 ×12 Lts.Its well worth having 2 bottles on board. For piece of mind get your gas checked. If you have a friendly marina ask someone to have a look and or an engineer.
The six nations starts today. With Wales playing Scotland this afternoon in Cardiff.England kick off v Italy.Seems Scotland could be ones to beat.I am sure a certain scot would be happen if they could do it.I always enjoy watching Rugby.

On Wednesday I was standing on a bridge by my station, waiting for a bus to go home. The moon was right in front of me large, red.A lovely sight.Truly a supermoon.Shame it didn't help Chelsea .
Marina and I hope to move to Norfolk when we retire. One thing I have in mind is to do some voluntary work. For many years I did lots in the community. It depends on where we settle know from experience it's often rewarding.
