On many commercial projects I’ve been involved with over the years the ones that turned out best had female decorating gangs.

The developers won’t let that happen though, flood the market that much and the price goes down after you’ve incurred the build cost especially if you run out of buyers, the govt are always moaning that more houses are not being built fast enough but the developers aren’t stupid, they like to take their time to preserve profit margins.
