Hi all,

 

when we used to hire, there was always a new copy of Broadcaster every time we stepped aboard. Now we have Lightning, it`s up to us to get one for ourselves, but where can you get them from near Brundall?. Are they available in local shopd etc, or do you have to get them from the local tourist iformation office?.

Probably the pubs Neil... we picked us up at waveney river centre a few weeks back.. although one of the brooms hire team there probably have a load..

We picked ours up at Oulton Broad Yacht Station last time we were up there (early May).  They had a stack of them.

Shops, pubs, hire yards, cafes, restaurants ... all over the place.  Most of the Ranger's launches will carry a few copies on board, so if you spot one of those stop him and ask.

Pop into Brooms and see if they have a copy on reception or try at Tingdene reception or the NYA.

Low tide at Gorleston, Sunday 31st May, 02.00 and 14.24 according to my tide tables.  Add an hour for Yarmouth Yacht Station.

i`l remember that.

 

I think it was you we waved to when we passed under Vauxhall bridge a couple of years. We were on Kingfisher, and you were moored up in Wren. That was the week when some idiot filled Kingfishers deisel tank with water :oops: , i thought John and Lynda might have mentioed it?.
