ExSurveyor
Bouncing around a lot still, hope this wind drops soon. The Tide dropped to very low levels earlier. Most boats in the marina were sitting firmly on the bottom. Probably not the best time to have a week onboard
Liberty
Bobbing around merrily at Ranworth on Thursday night, and at Potter Heigham last night was pretty nuts too. Not often you see breaking waves on the Bure at Potter like this morning. Stern mooring this afternoon was interesting too!!!
Poppy
I don't think I've ever seen the Bure at Potter. There must be a very high tide
NorfolkNog
The low tide today was very low, lowest I've seen it at Reedham
ExSurveyor
I had to let out ropes on a couple of boats earlier as they had quite a lean, fortunately the owners had used the correct knot.
BroadScot
For all that the tides are low, this afternoon looking at Wroxham bridge,on the cam, I have seen it much lower in the not too distant past. Iain.

RayandCarole
Had to cut my balls off today As Carole not been well couldnt make up usual hanging baskets, so got some artificial topiary balls, well with this wind they have been going wild banging around, so decided to cut them down for the winter. Not As painful as the first line would suggest Ray

ExSurveyor
I had to get off by the roof rather than the front

ranworthbreeze
Hi Monica, Its blowing an hooley here at home, on the radio this morning around Ayr they were reporting gusts up to 90mph and most of the bridges in Scotland would be closed. Iain let us know you are safe and what its like up there. Regards Alan
Hylander
According to the news this morning there is a landslip near to Fort William that is causing traffic to go something like 154 miles round trip to get past it. We don't know we are born down here. The trouble with the Highlands it is one road in and out. A lot of folk have power outages. So if we don't hear from Iain that could be a reason. Baitrunner
Iain, hope Scoot wasn't in the hut? sounds a bit dangerous so keep safe and hope the damage is not too costly. There is an advantage to being a southern softie hope it calms down soon.

JennyMorgan
There was me thinking that the thistle was used in place of the Andrex that those Southern Softies use!
