Being on a boat I would of thought you need tto pack it £20 notes. Is it water fed from the engine, if so the other pipe might be an overflow /vent pipe ?? Doug.
Did anyone watch this programme last night, the Guy was restoring a 1940s motor cruiser with no budget and limited skills. He used a crowd funding type website to enlist help. Worth watching. Doug.
I know what you mean Robin, my dad came to live with me for 6 months while he had some work done on his bungalow and seemed to get stuck to the sofa as soon as I came home. Doug.
Iain, when you get to Reedam the clock effectively stops while you pass through the swing bridge and then starts again once you reach the other side. It's also a good place to sit and watch all the mayhem. We were stuck on the Yarmouth side last year with about 20 other boats as the tide had yet to turn and the wind was not quite enough to get round the corner to the time out zone. Doug.
It was very windy in Great Yarmouth today and the water level is very high, it would not take long to get blown off course if your not concentrating. doug.
I do this route most weeks and usually takes 2 hours from Bicester to the A47 at Norwich, then at least 30 mins to get through Norwich, I would avoid the A47 at Postwick due to road works head for the inner ring road and follow the signs for Wroxham if that's the area you need.
Doug.
I think your right Alan, bit the bullet and decided to replace both the stem and the apron.
Tim sorry but will miss you again, RT canopy is looking good though.
Doug.
