When we were a lot younger we would spend six to eight hours on the beach. Using fector nil.Now wiser and older we tend to keep out of the sun.We always had a laugh seeing people come in from the UK onto the beach. Very soon going bright red.We called it the Gatwick tan
Yes number one being on the boat,The friendliness of boating in the main.The endless sky's even in this day and age it can be peaceful. Not so good speeding loud people,taking up to much space and not thinking of others.The high overall out weigh the lows.

Last year we moored at the cafe,overnight not cheap but must stay at least once on the boat .We do the washing.Top up on shopping etc.Just wish there was more private moorings

Check out web sites the largest is Richardson's.They have a large range of boats in size and price.Clive is a member of the Forum also.Faircraft and Brinks are also large both based at Wroxham. You never know we may meet,we spend two weeks each September.

We were in reedham last month was told they did not have a chef.For the pub to thrive they need to get a chef soon.Otherwise summer will be gone.Now is the time to build up trade.
Just been to Bluewater to get presents for Marina(birthday 23 june).I noticed a new chocolate shop will open soon Godiva.You can't have to many chocolate. shops Grace.When I used to smoke,we used to go to France and Belgium for cigs wine cheese and Belgium for chocolate. I used to by the girls I worked with chocs.Spent more many on chocs then fags.

I think we got ours at Roy's in Wroxham. We have it in the front cabin.When I am cooking I shut the door.Just in case it goes off .One at home also.I agree going forward I would like to see them fitted to all new boats.

There is at times a problem with wind at potter,but little current.As for food have found the tea room very good.Hope to get to hickling this year day boot.sk is to high sadly to go under the bridge.
Many of the shops along the broads stock a large amount of items,which is just what you need at times.We always call in when we stop.And long my they continue .
We always call into local shops,indeed we have brought t-shirts and other things from you.On behalf of my wife.Sadly she can't eat ice cream but can eat sorbet.I wish you and other businesses on the broads well
