  8. As soon as I saw the post topic I left it alone Mike and I avoid any news regarding F1 until we have eventually seen the race, some watch it live but we wait until it is shown on channel 4 or even on plus one. I would ask forum members to wait until others have had the chance to watch the race before making any form of comment.

  12. There are 3 or 4 masts that cover the Tingdene Marina, have you checked which is the best one for your location. I have always found it to be reasonable up to this year, I know they have had to have replacement routers.
  13. As you can see this topic has got well out of hand and therefore has been locked by the moderators.

  18. IMHO self charging hybrids are the only way forward if we must be forced down this electrical car route. The average small car as featured recently on top gear (Corsa, Mini & Honda) were all around the £24,000 mark, hybrids being more costly. None of these electric options are green when you take into account the materials used in producing the batteries, they have a shorter life than standard cars and if they are operated on charging only as gendel says the infrastructure to charge the said vehicles will take many years to develop. One has to ask how will producing all this additional power make the country any greener.
  19. As you say not seeing or seeing them on the doorstep for a short while is all we can hope for in these troubled times. It was my eldest sons Birthday on the 29th October, we stood by his door and passed his presents over the threshold and talked for a short while, before going home to get back into the warmth. I think we are all reeling in these exceptional times.

  23. Hi Mike my business partner was selling his daughters car on Ebay Classified last year, a similar thing happened to him his listing was cloned and several people contacted him asking why there was another listing for the car but £2000.00 cheaper. He contacted Ebay and the seller was blocked but the advert kept being put on by newly registered dealers. My advice would be to keep looking for for new listings being put on. Regards Alan
  24. Best of luck with Ebay sorting anything out all they are trying to do at the moment is becoming another Amazon.
