SwanR
Incidentally, someone on the FB group has posted that the sunken houseboat has gone from the Sutton Stalham triangle junction ... I'm sure you all know where I mean.
stumpy
We'll not be up for a few weeks- Kathy had her first knee replacement on Maundy Thursday so boating is off until she's a bit more mobile. Please keep the trip tales coming!

BroadAmbition
Sigh, what are the yellow posts still doing there though? That was/is one of my fave wild mooring spots, nudge bow into reeds, lower mudweight over t blunt end. I think I counted 7 liveaboards moored at Sutton yesterday.

I don't have a problem with that as long as they recommence respecting the 24 x Hr rule once the rivers start getting used again Griff

I'm sure someone somewhere (maybe Rob at Sutton) said it was on a Windboat ferrocrete hull, maybe some bits got left behind.

It's not Pelican any more. Renamed Toad some while ago. They're at the non-electric part of Sutton Staithe at the moment, probably waiting for the three on the leccy side to move (tomorrow?). BroadAmbition
By my reckoning that’s eight boats left the wetshed today Griff
JanetAnne
Just the 8? Very disappointing
RumPunch
Most will have 'gone through' but I did a quick check on the way home and there 3 in Neatishead and 3 in Barton. Look a mix of hire and owned
NeilB
It’s not as busy as I expected, only 3 hire boats at Stokesby and the Pedro moorings at Acle only had 1 boat. If people were not leaving git gaps there would have been room for 1 or 2 more on the free moorings as well.
DAVIDH
Don't think I've seen it earlier. The Norada at Potter Heigham is back open for outdoor food and drink. Also the Dog at Ludham Bridge posted on it's Facebook page that it would open on the 13th April, so I guess that is now trading again. SwanR
In case anyone is interested The Thai Way takeaway and sit-outside restaurant is now open at the bottom of Church Road in Hoveton, by the turning into Roy's DIY and some of the day boats area. Here's their website in case anyone visiting or mooring in Wroxham or Hoveton is interested. https://thethaiway.co.uk/

I’ve just realised looking at the website that it’s the guy who used to have the Thai street food trailer on the industrial estate in Hoveton. That’s a great new spot for him, I hope he does well.
