Yes suet is infact made from shredded beef fat and can be made from shredded vegetable fat.Then to make the paste half suet to self raising flour,a pinch of salt lined pudding basin,filled with steak& kidney mix together with a rich gravy a little 🌿 herbs top with suet lid.Cover with paper lid ,foil.If as Traditional cooked from raw steam for about 3 hours on a rolling boil.
