Watched the space station go over us in Norfolk about 10pm followed by the Japanese rocket playing catch up to deliver to it at 10.50pm

Perfect  clear sky and interesting to see without a telescope. I believe we will be able to see it for a few more nights.

I always liked the Soup Dragon. Perhaps we could cobble a constellation of stars to honour her.

Oops! Perhaps the Soup Dragon was a he. What does the panel think? Probably best thought about after a few drinkies!

With thanks to Wikipedia...

The Soup Dragon: a benign, female creature with a penchant for Green Soup.

So there you have it.

Thanks for that MM.

It looks like I have dropped a clanger there. Green soup! are you taking the pea there?

If you subscribe to "Spot The Station" NASA website and put your location in they will inform you by email when it is visible as it comes over you.  Always from the west, surprising how many satellites you see when waiting for it.
