I buy 34 litres of red grape juice - split it into 2 water bottles - add 600 grams and a sachet of yeast to each and wait for 3 weeks. If luck is on my side - very drinkable.

Priory Farm Restaurant in St Olaves would be our choice. The food is excellent, although it is more of a restaurant than a pub. It's a 5 minute walk from the moorings. -

You're welcome Jean. It was also payable to Richos on handing the boat back and not paid to the pilot.

We used the pilot recently on a Richo's boat and the cost was 12 pounds return. I don't know if there are different costs for other yards.
