I buy 34 litres of red grape juice - split it into 2 water bottles - add 600 grams and a sachet of yeast to each and wait for 3 weeks. If luck is on my side - very drinkable.
Priory Farm Restaurant in St Olaves would be our choice. The food is excellent, although it is more of a restaurant than a pub. It's a 5 minute walk from the moorings.
