JennyMorgan
Friday or Saturday night down Norwich's Prince of Wales Road, any evening down Gt Yarmouth's Seafront or any afternoon at Bewilderwood.

Well, maybe for the 18 year old, but that probably wont be suitable for the younger lads. They sound good ages for the lads to appreciate the trip on the boat, and have a good time messing about in kayaks and dinghys, while you sit back and keep an eye on them from afar, while sipping a glass of wine (or gin), the eldest sounds old enough to take care of his younger siblings, just remind them if they drop their phone the chances of finding it in the mud are slim. Just ask London Rascal whose partner dropped her waterproof iphone off the boat, and it kept pinging her watch with messages for 3 days.

Malanka
Don’t forget if you need WiFi then buy a dongle great stuff and if you get a data only sim for it nobody knows you’re using it for WiFi. 30 quid for unlimited data from tesco lol If you have a fire stick or a doku or now tv bring it plug it in to tv and the dongle is your WiFi films all you want m
Malanka
Or bring lappy and use that instead of the tv
CherylL
Thanks again! I think it will be good to switch off the technology a bit, so no laptops or dongles. They’re all really keen on the boat idea and love jumping in and generally being buffoons so hopefully it will all go swimmingly.
BroadAmbition
Crikey - that's my annual berth, insurance, BSC and toll, then my dinghy berth, club membership, tax and insurance and still a bit left over ! ( Canoe licence ? ) Not so for us with 'B.A', We are around the £3:500 mark and that's without taking her out of the shed! However there are four of splitting the cost five ways which makes the pain less Griff

There's a huge amount of knowledge within these hallowed pages The teenagers and the dog will most definitely love it North for Novices - Most definitely but don't discount the south Boat Choice - Go onto youtube and look at some 'Captains Blogs (Robin) - Some good advice there Is it going to be hellish busy?! I would hope so and if not - Why not? Considering what the country has just been through - would expect so what with foreign travel being somewhat restricted etc. So best you get a boat booked quick smart Being busy just adds to the fun First Week of August? - You might see us onboard 'B.A' as we are onboard and out for a fortnight but going south for some of it Enjoy, Griff Sorry to interrupt but the Captains Blog (Robin) is amazing. He is very good at explaining all aspects of the broads from cooking to shopping, boat handling. He is a very experienced boat man and it makes for very relaxing watching while you are waiting for your holiday. ☺️

Hi Cal, You can keep the black pudding & mushrooms and it has to fried eggs (but not the cremated style chefs seem to now produce), maybe extra bacon and a fried slice washed down with a large mug of coffee. ranworthbreeze
Hello CherylL It depends on the boat ours is quite small but you should find most hirecraft will have a small domestic fridge installed, maybe only a small freezer section. it should be big enough for your needs, beer and wine can be placed in upper lockers to keep cool. We always buy bottled water for drinking or for making drinks rather than using water from the tank. Regards Alan
