We won the Customer care award at the EDP business awards!

It’s been a great week for us. Well done to our entire Richardson’s Team - Boating Holidays, Holiday Parks & Villages and Family Entertainment Centres - who have won the prestigious EDP Business Award for Customer Care. At the same time in the Hoseasons Awards Horizon Craft won the Diamond Award for exceptional quality and outstanding customer service in the Boating in Britain Norfolk Broads category – two years running for them! Our Moonfleet House Boats made it to the final 3 in the House Boat category too. Thanks to all of our customers who help make our job such an enjoyable one!
