MauriceMynah
Great! I'm delighted to read that the Corsican is "staying in the family" Wishing you all the best with her, and I look forwards to hearing you perform again. Happy
Congratulations from us. I bet Austin finds it easier to get on and off, mind you he didn't really have a problem with the new/old boat when he got used to it, did he! MauriceMynah
Oh, just one small point Geoffrey, You do realise that as the boat was advertised and therefore bought and sold via the forum, you are honour bound to sing us a song sometime. :)

MauriceMynah
Hmmm, the thought has just occurred to me that normally it would be the seller who would pay any commission. I have never heard Simon sing...and...well... well, I've got this kind of hunch, which, not to put too finer point to it, I'd rather listen to Geoffrey sing.... well in fact I suspect I'd rather hear Dyllan than Simon! I do accept I might be wrong, Simon might have the voice of an angel. I've never been that close to his bath to find out!

Springsong
Well done to you both / all. Enjoy your new boat, having spent a few night on her I can vouch for the comfort and the hospitality of the previous owners second to none, legendary even, long may it continue in her new ownership. LondonRascal
It all reminds me of Erik Weihenmayer, the first blind man to reach the summit of Mount Everest. He said the hardest part of his climb was the last two hundred metres. "Dragging a frozen labrador's was a bloody nightmare."
BroadAmbition
Now you're talking, what a cracking boat, well done you pair - great choice. I was a bit concerned that your previous vessel might ber a challenge for you getting on and off when stern moored what with your 'Hawkeye' issues. No such problems now. The challenge in front of you is maintaining her to the high standard set by her previous owners, one which I'm sure you will enjoy. Well done and congratulations once again - proper happy for you, including Austin! Griff
