NorfolkNog
Massive thanks to the wonderful folk at Bridgecraft for hiring to us again. River levels very high, safely secured waiting for the wind. Very little moving on the river. 15

marshman
Wait for it, wait for it!!!! I don't think we are going to get a lot of rain, but it may be a tad breezy from the S/SE around teatime and beyond!! Might be a bit draughty where you are moored - I would motor up to Salhouse and tuck in on the last bit of quay heading at the far end! But I know the problem - a long way from a pub fire!!!!
NorfolkNog
Wind picking up already MM Did consider Salhouse but not sure about mooring and yes, long way to pub and probably V muddy. Near high tide here and still below mooring. Springs set and head to wind so should be fine. Time for the pub.

Broads01
Good to hear from you, Howard. I'd been hoping, as it's December, you'd be telling us about your winter holiday once again. I did appreciate the welcome we received from Bridgecraft when we hired from them in July, it makes a big difference.

kpnut
Think it’ll be noisy at ranworth though, the sail boats in the private moorings have started their percussion chorus.
